This is stupid. FGS, this is SO stupid.
The first Nenny kiss was on the streets. Jenny is spending time with a drug dealer, dealing drugs, seriously making out with him and he's older than Chace, BUT Jenny can only be Nate's little girlfriend when she turn 17 and not now because that's oh so absurd considering both Jenny and Taylor are under age.
