He definitley rubs her thigh. Her left thigh the one we cant see. If you pause it you can see his fingers and then play it and you can see them move. Plus she must have took off her gray dress too! I wonder why she is stripping for him!? So hot though. Im just sad blairs going to beg chuck yet again to tell her he loves him. I hope the context is different in the episode and she doesnt put herself out there again, its about time chuck chases her. I need to know what happened to make blair change her mind and appartenly try to seduce chuck after she thinks he doesnt love her and he let her go. Hopefully this means serena tells her what chuck said and did? Ugh, so many questions!

YEAH!! just got it! OMG, he's actually touching her bottom, that means that he still can make it somehow!?
i guess it was b who started to seduce him...
but probably he'll tell her (while doing it), that he can't (or something like that), because that's what we're all used to since the last 15 episodes.

can you guys tell me where and how you see chuck leaving when blair is yelling at serena? because ive watched the promo lots of times and i still cant see him leaving.

It took me a while too. Just pause it every 1 second,you'll see a guy turn behind her.That's Chuck... ; )

It when Blair is yelling "You're the reason we're on Gossip Girl in the first place" Scene, if you look right behind her, you can see the back of Chuck leaving.

behind blair or serena? oh and here's my prediction for what will happen in this scene. a gossip blast will be sent out exposing everyone's secrets, including the NYE/Jack bass one. chuck is furious, which is why he glares at blair right before she yells at serena. blair tries to blame this whole situation on serena because she's the reason they're all on gossip girl. chuck is disgusted at blair and goes off into a room, and blair follows him. thats when we see his hand on her butt, etc.
