I THINK I KNOW WHAT IT IS! It is a sex tape, because G says something about the "heavy petting" and you can clearly hear some sort of moaning sound. maybe the guy died from having cocaine, alcohol&maybe Viagra in his system...ppl do have heart complications with Viagra&having those other substances in their body could result in a volatile mixture of drugs&alcohol...the guy had overdosed or heart attack or seizure while still locked in handcuffs...Serana&Georgina were too stoned to help him or had panicked&didn't want to do anything since it would result in ppl finding out about their sexual activities...in the end, Serena could be charged with manslaughter but depending on how stoned she is when the guy died, it's just speculation that she had been directly responsible for the guy's death...honestly does anyone think that Serena has any first aid skills or if she did, was she in any condition to do so...?Posted 5/7/2008 8:16:36 AM #

It's a sex tape AND she killed someone. When Georgina is threatening to show the tape to Dan and he's getting coffee, G says something like "If the heavy petting doesn't send him running what happened after will". Also it happened on the same night that S slept with N, cause on the tape G says something about the newly married Shepards, and then S comes in saying how she did something stupid. Meaning she got drunk, had sex with N, left and then accidentally found herself in a threesome with G. Then something happened and the guy died.
This I don't know for sure, but I think that the overdose theory is good. It covers almost all of the bases, however, if he overdosed why was S soooo upset? And why did she and Georgie "breakup"? If it wasn't their fault, and an overdose wouldn't be, why does someone have to take the blame ("If I go down you go down with me")?
Something happened and she blames herself, and since she is pretty much immune to guilt you know that it actually has to be her fault. That just leaves the question of what actually happened??????

Serena didn't purposely kill Peter (the guy who died).
S, G, and Peter were going to have a threesome and when S came back into the room, Peter had died already from an overdose because he's a drug dealer and gave drugs to S and G so they were all in a way, "drugged"

S didn't kill Peter (the guy who dies) on purpose S and G were going to have a threesome with Peter and Peter was a drug dealer so he gave S and G drugs too. Peter died of an overdose. On the laptop during the last episode, you hear a guy say, "it's hot in here" he was dieing during that time. When he died, S and G left before the police came because they'd then be involved in it. About Serena's Secret...
We all know that obviously there was a sex tape and that she killed someone, but what really happened? One can only guess, unless they are as brilliant as me and happen to have figured it all out.
We know that S killed someone from her shocking confession at the end of "All About My Brother".
When S shows up in Brooklyn and G is threatening to reveal the tape, she says "If the heavy petting doesn't send him running then what happened after will". From this statement we learn two things: 1) There was a threesome and 2) the guy died after.
The key information comes from the tape. In it we learn that there was in fact a threesome. S, G, some guy, and a ton of moaning doesn't really equal something else.
At the beginning G mentions something about the newly married Shepards and then S comes in saying that she just did something stupid and sounding incredibly drunk. From this we learn that the threesome was the same night as N. Then later on, probably during the actual sex, S starts complaining about how its too hot, and gives the impression that she wants out. From here we can only deduce that she tried to leave and the guy got angry. He attacked and then they killed him in self defense.
We have to assume this because none of the other theories work. The overdose one was good, but S feels extreme guilt over this and she doesn't often feel guilt. She'd have had to have known that it really was a direct result of her actions for this guy to have died to really feel this guilty. Plus, "If I go down, you go down with me", why would they go down for an overdose??? And, she doesn't want to tell Blair because, "If I told you I'd make you a part of it and you can't be a part of this". Involving Blair in an overdose isn't a bad thing. But involving your best friend in a murder investigation isn't quite the best way to say "I love you" now is it??
