Just to address a few things:
Kristin from EW did indeed say the baby was the prince's but she would have been going by the episode... she might've consciously omitted the "or is it..." part to get people talking and thinking oppose to planting the seed of scepticism via a spoiler!The producers clearly stated: the father would be revealed mid season. Why on earth would theya) say that only to reveal it episode 3b) hide the test from the princec) speak with Chuck the way she did (and flinch the way she did when she learnt he kept the dog) Blair is far too much of an asset (basically the whole show) to marry her off to the boring Prince (apologises, Prince shippers?) This is too good to be true. This is gossip girl! Not a fairytale!On a different note: I wish this season begun with zero Ivy and Serena meeting a man who is similar to Dan (not from money, average in a lot of aspects, the antithesis of her previous relationships) from the Midwest or some place that is not New Yorky and establish some cool, new relationship. That way, if Blake is keen to leave - she doesn't move to LA to pursue acting assistant crap but a relationship with some College or something?
