   No idea... the only reason I'm assuming it's Blair is because 1 - everyone keeps saying its Blair, and 2 - because they aren't really showing it. It's very quick, and it's hard to tell, so it is probably Blair, because the writers want to surprise us. I think.

    It's definitely not Georgie. Her hair is a lot longer than the girl in the promo.
