I've got it - why Blair goes to Chuck "tell me you love me" etc etc. Gossip Girl must do/say something to make her do that.
1) Either Blair finds out about Vanessa (gag me)
2) Chuck finds out about Jack, and is hurt, so Blair goes after him to make amends
3) Blair finds out about what he did for her at the prom
4) I haven't thought of a 4th one, but feel free to add your thoughts -

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe Blair finds out from Serena what Chuck did for her at the prom and what Chuck said to her about Blair at the Russian Tea Room (Wrath of Con)..

I don't think that "Tell me you love me" is the whole line... I think it's...
1. Why don't you just tell me you love me
2. Why can't you tell me you love me
3. If what you feel for me is real, then tell me you love me
4. Why is it so hard for you to tell me you love me?
Or something like that....
He better not blow her off this time, he either better say he loves her or get interrupted by someone (probably Serena having some crisis) because if he lies to her or tells her it's a game or something, I might not forgive him.

I'm guessing he does at that scene coz the ily scene is outside isn't? Maybe that's why Blair isn't too happy when she sees him at the beginning of the ily scene. I wonder what makes Chuck decide to be honest with her.

I agree with Missy06. I think there was just more to what she was going to say. And I also hope someone doesn't interrupt them. Someone always seems to.

I think because Jenny wants to be the new queen, she reveals Blair what Chuck made for her. She goes with him and asks him if he loves her, but as usual C rejects her. She goes away (she is not wearing her coat now) and everybody founds out what happened in their cell phones (GG posted it, or maybe the info was about what happened with Jack). Blair is pissed and even though Chuck wants to talk with her, she angrily says: "You brought us to this".
Then Chuck founds courage and comes de ILY scene.
That's my theory.

Yeah according to the leaked script, there was some doubt on Blair's part at first, until Chuck kisses her in public and says "I love you."
Still the clip they did show in the promo was so poignant, it made me want to cry.

Blair says, "You brought this on us." She might not even be talking to Chuck, but it makes sense that she would say that to him.

Oh. I was thinking Blair either finds out what he did, and then he can't do it and the green coat scene happens later.
Or
She just wanted to re-assure it after thay scene, after Chuck finding out about Jack or something.
Serena must tell her everyrthing
