I think we all just have to remember that:
1. the speech last night was very nice, genuine, and chuck showing he really wants to let her go by putting the ring in front of HW (which... i dunno..seems like it wont be there in the morning :) )
2. Even if they kiss, slap, argue, kiss again, whatever- point is that Blair most likely loses the baby but the wedding continues given the spoilers.
3. As nice of an apology and dialougue that there was between blair and chuck last night, we have to remember what one of the interviews said- that was good.. but the interaction between the Prince and chuck will be EPIC.

Even if he read the paternity test report, I doubt it says whether the baby is Chuck's or Louis's. Its likely to be sample 1 and 2 or a and b. Since Blair told him that he is the father, he has no reason to doubt her.
ahah if it works like that, then there would be a huge chance that I would forget who was a and who was b before getting the results (I forget easily ) which would make me wonder who was the father of my child for eternity.

Exactly, they don't use real names on this kind of tests. That's why I still believe the baby is Chuck's.

no they are using names! Sample 1 and 2 would be confusing (what if you forgot which was which)...A name is usually written. Something like : There are 99% chances that M. Louis Grimaldi is the father of the baby.

John Doe and James Doe are placeholder names. It doesn't mean that we're testing for the paternity of Mr. Doe's children. I'm assuming you give ONE sample for analysis and then test for inclusion and exclusion, unless you're on Jeremy Kyle where there's a chance of some third bloke that you didn't consider.
Blair KNOWS that she's slept with only two people: Louis and Chuck.
Blair has spent the summer with Louis, and we don't think she's seen a lot of Chuck.
Blair can procure a sample of Louis' DNA that she gives in, and it will be labelled JOHN DOE, because I don't think that anyone would make a mistake like putting the name of a Prince of Monaco on a paternity case, because that will come out.
The test will say whether John Doe is the baby's father. I really doubt they're going to put real names, and if they do, I doubt Blair would jeopardise the whole process.
