A sighting. If you look at the pics from when they left the hotel where they spent Valentine's weekend, you can see Blake holding a bag from LUSH (soap store). Penn and Blake were in the store for more than an hour. The source said they were really sweet. Some of things they bought were Buffy Body Butter and a massage bar.

So i was reading and someone posted on pennbadgleyweb that they were in teh lush store with them and they were kissing and being all lovey dovey,
