leighton is so classy nd glamourous in her own way. she shines nd heyy, it's not the clothes that make her pretty, it's her that makes the clothes beautiful.
it's just cuz blake is blonde nd tall. which I really think is stereotypical nd unfair. she just naturally gets all the attention. it's like that in real life. it's not only in the show "where it's always SERENA! SERENA!"

I don't think Blake deserved it. She isn't that pretty and her acting skills isn't exactly considered "skills" to me.
If anything Leighton Meester should have been number 9 becasue she is so much more beautiful than Blake Lively has ever and will ever be.

If anythin I think that you're all being stereotypical by saying she only won because she's tall and blonde. There are plenty of tall blonde people who are ugly as hell and did not make the list, so how can you say she only got on the list because of those things?
I agree that Leighton is super beautiful and all, but yeah the list was sexiest and not most beautiful. Don't try to act like Blake doesn't deserve this just because she's tall and blonde and Leighton isn't!

Beauty and sexiness is soooo subjective, and uncomparable when they are very different.
If you think its unfair for Leighton, as Blake is "Tall and blonde" and everything America like, then it is just as unfair to Blake to have been deem unworthy.

you know, Leighton was a blonde too, but she dyed her hair for Gossip Girl. So I think it isn't fair to say: Blake only makes the list because she's blonde!
