I think it's so obvious,her nose's big before
Then, her nose's very big before
Now,smaller and thinner
But I still think she is a talented actress

I don't see a big difference. Maybe she had a nose job, but if the second picture is from a magazine they could have used photoshop.
Either way she is really beautiful.

She really did a nose job,you can see her candids to understand my meaning,her nose is so much smaller and higher than before

Also you can told that her nose job maybe not successful as Blake's ,B/C Leith's nose is not straight now
