    I too liked this episode..

    loved Mark and Callie's scene so hilarious!

    i got to say i was on the side of Derek and Cristina all the way.. Meredith was just being too nice to him.. he's a serial killer.. he didn't get a toothbrush on the spine 'cause he was a nice guy.. I'm thinking.. that next week his going to take advantage of Meredith's good side and hurt her somehow..

    I actually like Sadie on this episode.. the part that she talked with Meredith and told her not to "blow it"..

    I love the relationship between Bailey and the Chief.. they respected each other in such a big way that allows them to yell if their out of line to make the other see.. i love that.. i kinda have a relationship like that with a teacher.. but the chief needs to get it together.. figure out what's wrong and fix it.. SGH was one of the best hospital and now is on a bad strike..

    finally we get to see George doing something for Izzie.. loved that scene with Cristina making fun of Alex concerning Izzie's birthday.. it was nice of them.. and Alex did a very nice thing cooking for her and not overreact with the Denny thing.. although i think he doesn't truly thinks it's true..

    I was wondering...if Izzie is imagining Denny (which I dunno for sure) then could she also be imagining Alex's reaction? He just seemed WAY too okay with all of it.

    And, Nikki, I totally agree with everything in your post! Why be nice to a serial killer? Treat him but don't joke around with the guy and go out of your way to make him comfy. Ick.

    is there anyone else out there that feels sorry for Izzie? I know everyone's sick of the dead Denny storyline, but Alex is so self-absorbed that he can't even acknowledge that something's wrong with her and he's supposed to be the one who cares most about her? no way. They are not believable as a couple at all. She's so happy at this moment, but that is soon going to come crashing down around her... and she will have to say goodbye to Denny forever. I know that will make many fans happy, but right now Denny is the only one really connecting with her. She is lonely. At some point George will have to stop giving Alex space and be there for her.

    fizgig, specially when he told them what he had done and the way he said it showed that he is a maniac and doesnt regreat a thing he had done...

    as for alex reaction..i dunno.. but maybe he is just no taking her seriously..

    I loved yesterday when Der was dancing, he was so cute, i love this couple altough she does not deserve him.

    Meredith is like ice she does not show any emotion, yesterday when Der told her the story of this father she was like oh I am sorry , but it was so cold.

    I dont  like Izzie at  first whe was my favourite but now she is so self absorbed, and boring, I think she might be crazy.

    Love the chemistry between mark and Callie , I want them together.

    I don’t think that Alex is being self-absorbed when it comes to Izzie at all.  He has asked her numerous times if she is OK and he is trying to work out what she is going through.  She has no physical symptoms at this point that he can see.  He is in love and happy and trying to be supportive and not mess things up.  I do agree that it was kind of OOC of him not to be at least hurt by thinking that Izzie is fantasizing about Denny, but he may be going back into denial mode.  Izzie is the one who is getting on my nerves.  When she told Alex that she didn’t need to make a wish, he looked so happy thinking that it was because she was happy with him and I wanted to smack her and stupid Denny.  I think that George is going to be the one to force Alex to take this situation seriously and then they will work together to get Izzie help.  At least that’s what I hope happens.  I would like it if George and Alex are forced to get closer as they both could use a guy friend.

    I wouldnt say that alex is being self obsorbed. I think that he is doing his best, and hoping that its just a temp. thing. I feel worse for him because hehad rebecca, now izzie. In a sick way, I feel bad for denny. (Whatever he is) because he hase to be dragged back, and see how she was doing after he was there. I do also feel bad for Izzie. She really hopes that she has everything that she could ever want, but she must see that its all in her head. I feel bad for everyone in that case.

    As for the prisoner, i say judge ALL you want. He gets enjoyment from KILLING people! Thats not healthy.
