     I liked Bailey's hair.  and I like the way she stuck up for Derek to Izzie when she said that Derek's had enough of it at the hospital because he's beating up people in the hallway.

     Bailey always did get Derek.

     She really does get him. She was there when he needed to cry in the elevator. Derek is far from himself.

     Mark told Derek about him and Lexie. But, Derek just took out all of his anger on mark, i dont think he really was mad at him.

     you are right.  Derek is so far from himself.  Shonda did say that Derek will doubt himself and Meredith will become the strong one.  I love the way she stuck by him. 

     I think it's good that we're seeing this side of Derek.  Let's face it, in the first 4 seasons, hes been McDreamy with perfect hair.  Now we're seeing a side that isn't so McDreamy.  From this situation, Derek and Meredith need to realize how much they need each other and they can be "extraordinary" together.  Oh, and put that darn ring on her finger already!

     Oh thanks... Gee sounds like an intense episode. So I'm seeing a shift here, Derek is the dark and twisted one and Meredith has got it all together. Is that right?
