    ummm...I'm just going to have to say the majority of tonight's episode (Elevator Love Letter) between Cristina being choked, Izzie's surgery, Derek batting his inner demons, Owen battling his inner demons, Alex breaking down (a couple times), Callie and George's conversation and oh wait the PROPOSAL...i cried my freakin eyes out!!

    I cried when Alex and Meredith were talking, when Mer told Derek she loves him, and the proposal, in Elevator Love Letter!

    umm for me the best tear jerkes scenes are:

    When Meredith didn´t know that this old lady that was alone in her roon was DNR, and she saved her and the the old lady's friends said that she was just waiting to die, and Meredith asked the Chief if he thought her mother was lonely and he said yes, and the later Meredith went into a storage room and started crying and Derek held her....awwww

    Also when Mer drowned, the look on Derek's face when he is sitting in the hallway omg!!!

    Of course when Derek "died", I almost had a heart attack....

    and on season 5 when Izzie imagined how it would have been if Denny hadn't died, with that beautiful song by Jont playing in the background...
