Not sure where everyone is. I'm loving Christina discover dermatology ... hilarious. Mer needs to get in and see Dr. Wyatt and stat instead of getting all worked up over Derek moving in and actually getting comfortable. I think Derek and Meredith will ultimately move into a new house (while their dream house is being built) and let Alex and Izzie stay in her mom's house. Well maybe...

I never really saw Christina going to dermatology but it definetly is entertaining. I am glad Izzie stood up to Alex. Mer definetly needs to see Dr. Wyatt cause after all this I do not want the whole MerDer thing falling apart again!

I loved it again! It was so funny tonight. I am really liking the growth of all the characters and cannot wait for the coming weeks. I am also glad to see Mer/Der working through a real relationship.

I thought tonight's episode was great. Glad George passed his exam. Mark is so funny to me. I really think he and Lexie will hook up later in the season. I'm glad Alex told Izzie what was going on with him and glad she stood up to him. I naturally loved the ending with Mer/Der. Finally, a kiss between these two. I know Shonda said even though they were together didn't mean happily ever after, but come on....let Meredith act happy that Derek has moved in and not get so upset with things he is doing at the house. I just don't get why Shonda really want let them act really happy. Sure they will have their ups and downs and fights but just let them be happy while they are moving forward with their relationship. I loved the kiss scene at the end, thats the Mer/Der we all remember and love. They acted so happy with each other. And I thought the trailer was a perfect place for Mer's get away.

I loved the kid wanting to go back to the surgery with the guy's face opened up. Hilarious. It's probably the same reaction I would have. George is such a good all around doctor and surgeon.
I was glad to see that Joe was back. I feel its been so long since we've seen him.
Not sure how I feel about Callie and Erica thing but I think it's great that Shonda is tackling that theme.
Wow Meredith is definitely growing and I love that the trailer is now "Dermatology".

Great episode!!! LOVE the MerDer moment. I was very proud of Meredith at the end. Way to tell Derek what you want!
The Erica/Hahn moment was soooo sweet. I hope this relationship goes cool places.

GA is finally on the right track...we have drama, medical cases, friends, girlfriends, boyfriend, and lots of laughs...Just keep it like that, writers!!!
