     i bet he'll do it at the beginning of the episode and get her to say yes so that she'll still love him if he doesnt operate on izzie, but she will wait til the end of the episode and then say yes and it'll be all cute?

     I agree with you lovesgreys, I can see Derek visiting Meredith at the house on his way into the hospital and asking her to marry him telling her that he needs her to say yes to have the strength to operate on Izzie.  Meredith will tell him that today is about saving Izzie and he can do it, avoiding the question (totally Meredith).  Then at the end of the episode, the chief will talk to Meredith about how much Derek loves her and might say something to her about how her mother would want her to be happy and Derek makes her happy.  Then she'll meet up with Derek in the elevator and say yes....OR propose to HIM.

     TWO DAYS PEOPLE!!!!!!! TWO DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     I agree 100% with what you said merderforlife. That would be utterly perfect. Derek needs to do something about the beard. He is still hot, but its getting a bit out of control for a surgeon.

     I am so excited for this episode, I'm practically jumping out of my skin. It's not good at uni as I can't think of anything else but grey's. WOOO
