Episode Help!!!

   So as I was watching Grey's Anatomy the other day, I recalled an episode that I really liked, but I can't seem to remember it at all. I remember George, Izzie, and Derek were on a case where a woman had to have to seizures in order for Derek to operate on her. I just can't remember the season or episode. HELP! (This is going to bother me all day if I don't figure this out!)
