First of all...I loved the episode!!! I loved how passionate Alex was with Ava, that was a great scene!!! But what I didn't get was...Ava & Alex are laying in bed in the on call room naked and she starts talkin about her baby and her husband!! Did anyone else think that was weird? It kinda ruined the moment!!! I love how George & Izzie are telling Cristina & Mer how they're gonna be together...I think they're so cute & good for each other!!! And I do not like Callie anymore, she needs to get with McSteamy again...maybe she'll quit being a biotch!!! I know her husband cheated on her, but she needs to realize it's over!! I did not like how Mer and Der only had like one moment together and it wasn't even good!!! Derek was being an a-hole kinda!! But i did think it was funny to pay that kid to call Mark "daddy"!!! OMG! I loved that episode! It was hilarious and sweet and wow, with the saw. That was gross. I almost started crying at the end when Meredith and The Chief were saying goodbye to Elis. Ok I'm back from my game. I'm still juiced about this episode though. I'm so loving the Alex/Rebecca chemistry ... thank god because its diverting my attention from the Mer/Der drama of it all. Don't get me wrong they are still my favourite couple, but I'm honestly getting more joy out of watching the slow but great progress Meredith is making.... Derek, well I don't know what to think about him right now. Hey Matt, what do you think Meredith means by "the more he becomes available the more I pull away"? I loved when that kid called Mark "Daddy" ... priceless and the nurses ganging up against Mark ... even more priceless...this is great Grey's and I know some people are not digging it because Mer and Der still seem like they're on this neverending rollercoaster, but with the way things are going my mind doesn't seem to dwell on it like it did last season. It was nice to see Smiling Sidney back! and wouldn't you know we finally got to see where the residents put all their stuff ... at last my curiosity has been satisfied. I found it sweet and sort of sad that Cristina and Callie bonded over their failed relationships. Did you see the face Callie gave when Cristina said she couldn't tidy up? That should be very interesting. Love it! And poor Norman. I knew when he started feeling icky that something bad was going to happen and Alex wouldn't be there for it. The Meredith/Derek love-tango will go on forever. I think they have amazing chemistry but it's getting a little old. I like how Meredith seems to be more focused on herself then trying to run after Derek. And maybe Derek does need to date. I know, please don't shoot me. I just think they could use some time away (without the whole I'm fixing my marriage, I chose her over you thing). Meanwhile, we can focus on the hotness that is Ava/Alex and Izzie/George.
