Didn't Derek lose his Dad? Sorry I forgot about Lexie/Meredith. I think we really have to give a shout out to Matt (where are you) because he said all along that Lexie would be around to help Meredith, and I think we've seen that in a big way. Yeah I hope Alex and Rebecca/Ava aren't just a one night stand cause last night was so refreshing and I feel about them the same way I felt about Mer/Der in Season 1 and 2. Don't worry my friends. I haven't given up on Mer/Der and I believe they will get together but right now that feeling of excitement that I used to get literally got up and went. Hopefully it will come back but in the meantime ... Hey Julian and Hafsa ... welcome to the support group!!!

Way to predict it Matt (where are you???). I like that Trisha...the excitement that I used to get, literally got up and went. haha, I'm feeling ya on that one. The Derek and Meredith of it all was very sweet and touching. Now it's become a struggle and that's no fun. I was excited about Ava coming back, but now that I see what she can do for Alex I am super excited. Despite his asshole ways he has always been one of my favorite characters.

Don't worry, Ava will be back. The interview in TV Guide said it won't be a hit and run relationship. Sounds like she's going to keep us and Alex happy for awhile! I wanted them together from day one.

I've always liked Alex as well because of his honesty ... he can't lie. Society often labels such people as assholes or jerks... but there is much more to Alex and I think Rebecca just might be the one who could expose that.

Yeah Derek lost his dad and they haven't really gone into those details. Im with ya Trisha...I haven't lost faith but the excitment of MERDER is lost...it may not be gone...but its sooo lost..Does Mer get Jealous? I would be jealous and raising hell but thats me...LOL

I'm like you Pink Mist, I get jealous ... the whole pushing the one you love the most away is not my thing. But I guess that's the difference between me and people like Meredith. My sister missed last night's episode so she's coming over tonight to watch WOOHOO

If there was another woman or women hitting on the guy I loved I would be rather feisty. She just stood their while bright-and-shinny ozzed happiness all over her-McDreamy. What happened to season 2 when she got all cranky because Addie was living her McLife? I know I know, a lot has happened and she has the right to be scared. But we've seen jealous Meredith!

Hi trisha thks for the warm welcome. I am just glad i found this site. Now back to merder,I hate to even admit this to my self, but i also dont feel that excitment that is merder, its as if something is missing. i just feel mark is being more supportive of mer than der. Why exactly is shonda turning him into a Mcjackass? Now the anticipation of der's new love intrest is making me sick. The thought of derek even kissing anyone else other than mer makes me vomit a little in my mouth LOL! its not funny but i just have to laugh out of frustration.
