- I love Bailey and George's relationship ... it's fantastic, and Matt you were so right about Lexie being there to help Meredith, but I also think they're there to help each other and I was right about Dr. Hahn replacing Burke ... this could be fun watching two strong woman battle it out. And how perfect to have the Chief and Meredith saying goodbye to Ellis together. Ok the preview?
