    Oh, I just had a thought.  Remember how there was a reference to everything coming full circle from the first episode?  Well maybe it will be Alex watching Izzie "dying" (but I hope it's a dream too!).  If you look in the one picture, the nurse int he background is holding a bag (the ones they use to breathe for people).  Although, it is really hard to tell if that is actually Izzie or another cancer patient, but it sure looks like Izzie.  The picture I am talking about is below.

    Oh, I hope they don't kill Izzie off.  so sad!

    Plus the spoiler talks about a car crash in the finale, which is what supposedly happened to Derek in Meredith's dream....

    Yeah, good point.  Shonda did say that all the clues for the season were in the first episode.  Maybe Izzie hallucinates her wedding so she can "show denny her dress" and the near-fatal car accident is Derek as in the first episode.. unless Derek dying in the dream was symbolic of his recent crisis of confidence..

    I think the woman in the picture isn't izzie, maybe she is another cancer patient who have bond with izzie, i hope shonda don't kill izzie...it's okay if george don't stay in this show, its not shocking a lot because he don't have a good storyline this season...but izzie is everywhere, they can't just kill her

    is that alex crying in the picture?what will happen to him if izzie die, ..its no fair, after his mother and rebecca, just not fair to alex...alex and izzie deserves happiness, everybody in this show deserves happines,please...please...i really want a happy ending

    I'm pretty sure that the woman in the picture is Liza Weil- she is supposed to play a cancer patient at Grey's.

    HI, I found these sneak peeks for the finale.  can someone watch them and summarize what goes on??  I can't view them b/c I'm at work and I don't have the necessary downloads to view them. 

    Also, positive news, Grey's might not end at season 7!!!
