Here's to the Future/Now or Never: season finale
-
People this is a VERY special show we have. I have never been into any series much less a medical series ever before. This show had me from the 1st ep, and I have been a follower since.
I saw the finale last night ( we drvd the last 4 episodes and STAYED away from places like this until this weekend) OMG guys, you know I get closer and closer to this show every passing episode. I had to hold my GF through the wedding and then when she realized the 007 part (I had a feeling it was him when I noticed we hadnt seen him in a while)
The characters are very important, but without talented writing they would be nothing, so if O'Mally is gone it will be ok (BTW I love TR Character) I havent been a huge Izzy fan since she split Omally and Callie up but I have come around this season KARMA is horrible huh. LOL
I love seeing Mark the way he is being portrayed now.
ALL around this show is SO SPECIAL... I hope I never lose it.

OMG I Watched the ep again yesterday, can't stop bawling..... I knew it was George when they showed the patients face.... or what was left of it....if you look into his eyes... it's George... Why is Shonda doing this to us!?!?!?

I really dont know why she's doing this to us
I was thinking ,Isn't this is a show written by writers ,cause it seems to me that the personal lives of the actors affect the storyline more than the story of the writers itself
It's like when they fired Burke ,In the show for real he would have never left her like this ,he's a better man than this ,than just walking away and bailin
And now that TR and Katherine want out of the show ,she's driving us crazy
PS I dont know what password your talkin' about.

I really hope Izzie doesn't die... So sad, please let her live, she's my fav character! And Alex- I don't think he knew what to do without her, "the one good thing that ever happened to him" Nooooo... Are there any parallels I missed with the first episode?
-Cristina and Owen back together- first kiss
-George being hit by a bus- Derek being hit by a bus in Mere's dream
-Izzie on the elevator, nearly dieing of a tumor which makes her see Denny- Izzie on the elevator, meeting Denny
-Mere and Derek "marrying"- He's moving in with her
Izzie's memory- her patient's memory
ANYTHING I MISSED? Please help!
Thanks :)

i've been thinking alot about the finale and there is something that has beenon my mind. forgive me if this has been covered... but i've been thinking aboutwhat shonda said in an interview.
she said that everything viewers wanted to know about the finale was in the first episode of the season. for the longest time i couldn't figure out what she meant. but now that the episode has re-aired i think i get it. and for this i have to say the woman is a genius.
the open dialogue via meredith goes: "we all remember the bedtime stories of ourchildhoods. the shoe fits cinderella, the frog turns into a prince, sleeping beauty awakened with a kiss...once upon a time, and they lived happily ever after. fairytales...the stuff of dreams. the problem is fairytales don't come true. it'sthe other stories...the ones that begin with dark and stormy nights and end in the unspeakable...it's the nightmares that always seem to become reality."
although i typed the entire thing, the finale was in the first sentence... meredith was cinderella. she settled into her relationship and herself. and was comfortable.
george was the frog prince. an undesirable average joe who jumped in front of a bus to save a stranger (who later refered to him as her prince charming) and izzie was sleeping beauty. although it wasn't with a kiss, her prince was at her bedside when she woke up.
i racked my brain over this and was ecstatic when i realized what it was.
