    in the promo when mer says "o g-d" the rest of the attendings run so it could be anything i am going for its izzie it cnt be der becuse her runs when she screams it

    I'm hoping theres a big cliffhanger after the first episode. And we'll have to wait a few minutes to see what happens in the next episode. But the last episode better not have a cliffhanger!

    When you can hear Meredith saying "Oh my god" you can see Derek next to Owen- so this is not about Derek.

    My hopes: Izzie pulls through, Merder get finally get McMarried, Christina and Owen get better as a couple, and George stays at SGH

    My fears: Izzie dies, Christina and Owen don't patch up, George leaves, Owen can't get over his PTSD

    Predictions: The cliffhnager will be about Izzie's health condition. I seriously have no idea how I'm going to last all winter (I'm in the southern hemisphere) without my Grey's... I'm going to have to buy Season 5 on DVD from America somehow and rewatch all 5 seasons to heal Grey's Anatomy withdrawal syndrome symptoms.

    I can't believe that in a few short days, Grey's will be over for another season - did this season go really fast or what!?  I'm a little bit nervous about the 'cliff-hangery' comment because I don't cope well with cliff-hangers, particularly ones that last from season to season, but I'm thinking it's probably a 'does Izzie die'.  Either that, or there's a terrible accident and that "Oh God' relates to one of our beloveds..

    So, If the writers decide to write TR Knight out and kill George, I think they should create another great show with him starring in it.

    I don't think derek will be in the car crash because we can see him in the promo an they are all in the hospital. Maybe there will be wedding but in izzies memory, i dont know it is just a guess

    Somethig that is quite big , but then shonda says that the MerDer fans will be happy so, i think shonda willl keep to her word because if the MerDer fans wernt happy they wudnt watch the show!!!

    I think that there will be somthig like a pregnancy will mers character because of  on the wedding day and she tells derek and maybe ohhhh if it was a girl they mite call it izzie. This is just an educated guess people but just consider the possibilities.

    That would be sooo cute if they named their baby Izzie! If Izzie dies it will make it so much sadder.
