I Saw What I Saw

"After a burn victim unexpectedly dies in the midst of a chaotic ER, the Chief and board member Jennings interrogate the residents to find the culprit, as all the Mercy West and Seattle Grace residents defend their actions in an effort to save their jobs. "
Since this episode is airing tonight, I thought this thread should go ahead and be made.
Anyone else shocked that Izzie got fired? I kinda expected Alex to be honest.

Well, that was yet another great episode. Season 6 is one of the best seasons so far.
Not only was the plot interesting, it had character development for everyone(especially Cristina and Richard). It also showed why I love Lexie so much. She's such a human character. Seeing her break down like that...that's just Lexie.

Hello! Yeah its fine to double post :)
If I was Lexie, I would have had the same reaction. It was nice to see her feelings and how much of a kind person she is. I agree with character development for Cristina, and Derek too. I'm glad he finally talked to Richard, it's something he needed to hear. I was starting to like April, she was actually the only MW that I didn't mind, I was sad to see her go. I felt so bad, that one little mistake.

What did Richard say to the doc before he fired her when she said she made one mistake? I've rewound it on my dvr a dozen times and still can't understand what he's saying to her. Help!

@lovesgreys: Ah good. I know on some forums it's okay to double post, and on others it isn't.
I think you're right about the character development for Derek, but I think Give Peace a Chance will feature more for him. There hasn't been much focus on Derek this season, so I'm really looking forward to the next episode. And you know, if it wasn't for the merger, she never would have gotten fired. Not only do I feel bad for her getting fired, I also feel bad for the rest of the surgeons. They seriously can not mess up at all, and they must be under a ton of pressure.
@Meli: I have no idea. I couldn't hear him either. XD

Is Grey's on next week?! It says in the box over there the next episode is November 5th which is in two weeks?

@mpbrinson: No idea. She's extremely familiar but I can't place my finger on it.
@loves: TVGuide.com shows October 29th, and I'm 85% sure that ABC said "NEXT THURSDAY ON GREY'S ANATOMY: BLAH BLAH BLAH"

@lovesgreys: I just checked it out on abc.com and it says the episode "give peace a chance" is on next thursday the 29th.
I think the mercy west people were a little bit nicer this week. judging by the title of next weeks episode maybe theyll be a little less hostile. I dont know how much though considering the comment someone made in invasion about them not really being friends outside mercy west (to which Izzy replied that they arent like that @ seattle grace). I hope Izzy comes back soon...

@Meli: I think he started to say “You’re under probation” but Larry interrupted him. :)

Meredith: She wants everyone around her to be ordinary so she can be extraordinary.
