     I found this paragraph on spoilertv and it kinda freaks me out:

     Derek's second proposal to Meredith doesn't go over so well, but third times the charm. Elsewhere, Callie's dad (Hector Elizondo) returns, unaware that his daughter is now into girls (awkward!) and the symptoms of Owen's post-traumatic stress disorder turn violent - he even hurts Cristina albeit unintentionally. Afterward the Iraq doc sits down with Mer's shrink (Amy Madigan). And last but not least George and Izzie form a suicide pact and bungee jump off the Space Needle without a bungee. Just kidding. I think.

     I'm not sure what episode Entertainment Weekly is talking about.  I know that Callie's father visits in 5x20, but it's AFTER the "Elevator Love Letter" episode.  I so hope that Meredith does NOT turn Derek down if he proposes to her.  Does he really propose three times?

     ^ ah thats crazy. i dont understand why derek would have to propose three times, i think mer is ready. but even if she does freak out, why would she freak twice? at least she says yes eventually :)
