Has anyone noticed, and this might be me having too much time on my hands, how different Ellen Pompeo looks lately? I mean, in the past few episodes, she always seems to have her hands pushing out the pockets of her lab coat..almost as if to hide something. She's always standing behind something.

I agree. Also, her face is definitely getting rounder, not fat... just round... maybe chubbier...? I did notice her hands are always pushing out the pockets of her lab coat. Also, she's been wearing her lab coat more recently... we have way too much time on our hands...

I think it will be Meredith who's going to propose and it could be in this ep... You know something like Love you, need you, don't leave me, wanna stay with you forever... but no matter what is going on it will be very very sad episode :-( a very sad 3 weeks to 12 march...

Maybe Derek will be the new Chief - in the ep will be Adele and I'm sure it will be her typically Richard-quit-or-I-leave-you action, so Derek could be the Chief, no surgeries, no lifes to save, but I can't image Derek just doing papers....

I dont think derek will quit, because they probably wouldnt have said anything about it. last weeks promo made it look like derek and addison were going to kiss but that didnt happen, so idk. i hope derek doesnt quit though ;( it looks like its gunna be a sad episode. i wish they would just rap up the whole izzie situation, its been dragging on forever and they should just get to the end of it!

I just skimmed through the whole last episode and you couldn't see Ellen's stomach at all until the last scene when Mer and Der were sitting on the couch and even then she was wearing dark brown and they zoomed out so it wasn't too clear. And her face definitely has filled out- if she is pregnant I hope they write it into the show!
I can't wait three weeks for another episode. It is going to be torture. And the next episode looks so good... :-(

I don't think they could make derek leave. Then the show wouln't be good
.About the whole pregnancy thing maybe it's true and its gonna be used to keep derek working.
Ellen pompeo did look a bit fuller on the david letterman show if you watch the beginning!!!!!!

hmm id think Ellens pregnant i think we would have found out by now if ellen was. her face does look fuller but her body, no.
and they really need to do a better job at hideing chyler leighs stomach! hahaha

I don't think Ellen is pregnant. And they really do need to do a better job at hiding Chyler Leighs stomach! They better not write that into the show!
