     the scene between izzie and alex broke my heart. i never really liked them as a couple cause they didnt seem to have much chemistry, but i definately saw it last night, they look so in love. and alex was soo sweet to her, ah it was so sad.

     im interested to see what Alex will do when he finds out that Izzie is sick?!?!?!?! I wonder if he'll be mad at himself for not taking George seriously at the beginning of the season when he told Alex something was wrong with her...

     Yeah, but i think Alex will be great at looking after Izzie. I agree with Mrs. McDreamy, it would be good if Derek saved her from the cancer in her brain.

     I finally saw the episode. And thank to you guys I love it! Ok, I hate to see Derek so destroyed and lost. But I love to see Meredith strong and being there for him. He is so lost he thinks he doesn’t deserve her. “I'm giving you an out.”  And I really want Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo to have Emmy worth scenes!About the ring: He had the ring, with him. He told her to leave, but the ring was with him, all the time.

     I agree Derek will save Izzie. I love Izzie and Alex as a couple. And I love her and George as friends. George is great and the show misses him. Lexie was great too about the odds. And I loved Mark saying “You're the one who put me back together.”

     And the chief. I know he was talking to Meredith to get help. But I agree he empowered her. And I believe he told her like: “he needs you, he’s not fine.”

     I totally agree about the ring, he was saying all those horrible things to mer to push her away, but the ring was still on his body - so exciting! When he actually proposes properly, it better be so romantic in a mer der way :)
