Important Grey's Anatomy (Plot/Character) shows to watch for a newbie?

   Hey Everyone!As all dedicated Grey's Anatomy fans know Sept 24th the new season starts up.I've been a fan since the show started and own all the boxed DVD shows (except season 5, which I pre-bought on amazon.com) But I'm able to view them online.  This show is my favorite show I've ever watched! Its like my heroin! haha!My mother sort of caught a bit of one episode that I was watching and wants to start getting into the show and watching it Thursday nights with me.Now what are some key episodes (that you can think of) that she should watch to get up to speed for the new season starting up?She doesn't have the time to go through and watch ALL the shows, so I thought I would post this question out here and see if you guys could help me out!!    Season 2 and 3 for sure, they are the absolute best of Greys. Prob the bomb in season 1. Every season finale is unbelievable (according to me) and all of this season is pretty important as well.

   I, personally, feel the show has sort of 'grown up' this season. I think Greys was at its prime season 2/3
