Madness. That pretty much sums it up for me.
1) Interns operating on one another. Seriously?
2) Izzie/Denny?? I loved them when he was alive, but now I'm just overly confused. I don't understand. I don't understand how they can have sex? I don't understand how she can touch him? I just don't get it. I thought it was just an imagination thing, but surely not if they had sex...and noone gets that sweaty having 'imaginary' sex. I'm kind of glad she went to Alex at the end of the episode though. I've heard somewhere it's all a lead up to some Izzie brain tumor thing? Confusing.
3) All you people asking for more merder drama are being totally unrealistic. They are the only mildly real couple on Grey's. People in stable relationships don't have disagreements every episode, nor do they have to be shown having hot sex constantly...I think the writers are trying to get across the point that they're happy and all good. Surely us as an audience should appreciate the fact they're no longer messing each other about? I dunno.
This episode was kind of cute.
I miss Hahn though. A lot. I think a petition should be started to bring her back. Haahahaha.

* I loved the crap-chick, it was hilarious. I loved the Callie-Bailey talk, it was so real and honest. I loved the "new" side of Sloan, taking care of the girl and making her go to sleep. I loved the moments with Callie and Sloan, they my favorite (almost) couple. I love Sadie, she just crazy. And I love crazy. I loved the Izzie-Denny moments, even thought he's dead. I loved that Derek brought Lexie home. I loved that Hunt said that tina was beautiful, and i DON'T think he said it because he just wanted to get in her pants. Under one of the operation Hunt said: Words failed, or something like that. I think Hunt loves tina. I loved that the random intern said to george; Dude, she's like in love with you. How did you miss that? I actually liked the fight between Mer and Tina, because it showed that even best friends can fight. That friendship isn't always easy, that the people you fight most with, it's the people you love the most.

I liked this episode but with the Izzie/Denny thing... I'm sooo curious, I really am, and I wanna know what's going to happen.
Because, if she doesn't have a brain tumor, she has to be dying anyway. Because now this is going too far especially with them having sex. I love them together for sur, but I cannot see an other ending than Izzie's death.
Yesterday I was watching the episode 25 or 26 of season 2, and when Izzie was in Denny's room, she laid down by his side and said "I'm here for you". She was helping him through all, she was with him until his death. So... He must be here now to do the same ?! No I'm confused because in some way, It's destroying her. Its making her becoming more and more "crazy" with the sex and all. So is it really "spiritual", is he here to help here, or is it more to show that Izzie has a disease ?!
I love MerDer just being in love. Sur, it would be great to see more heat, but no drama. Personnally, I don't need it. It was so cute when Mer called out for Der !!!
Oooh I LOVED Mark ! With the little girl, I was really touched.And now... I have to admit that when Callie and him was together, with her broken nose, I had a sudden impulse... I so wanted him to kiss her ! This was the first time I wanted this. And it was the first time I found him so yummyyy !!! BUT Mark said something about little Grey so I don't know what's going to happen.
Lexie and George. I was convinced that George knew for Lexie because of their fight and when she wasn't talking to him anymore. I don't understand! But I think exactly like Greysaddiction "Is he gonna realize he feels the same? I actually hope not. I don't think they fit together romatically."
Cristina and Mer, again like Greysaddiction, it was so well played that it was painful but I'm sure too that they are gonna fix this up.
Cristina and Hunt. Really cute. He doesn't know how to do with her. But he was so cute when he said I think you're beautiful. And HER LOOK !!! I love her eyes !
