No!!!!!! for 5 non consencutive episodes she's gone. Her exit made me reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy mad OMG! I blame Alex for part of it because of saying something to the chief but she did mess up with the kidney and the previouse two episodes. She wasn't ready to come back they were right but it was soo heartbreaking of the chief to fire her like that :( . I don't think she should have left him though that was going too far!

Alex went aganist Izzie he's her husband so some of it is his fault Bailey could of said something to chief seeing as she did talk to Izzie about the kidney patient Izzie could of spoke to Alex before she left instead of simply leaving him a note and having him wonder where she wandered off to i don't think she's gone for good seeing as she has a contract with the show or whatever :) She'll probably return after the things she needs to do are done!

Alex told the cheif that he can't fire her because she needs the job. He was trying to protect her. And when the cheif was telling Izzie that Derek and Owen said she wasn't entirely stable, he started to say Alex said something too, but then that chick cut him off. If he would've finished his sentence she would have realized Alex was just trying to help her. But of course, they can't ever let Izzie be happy.

dont do this please its been unbearable seeing george o'malley go... now izzie please dont she's been the only reason i watching grey's anatomy please dont do this... ill promise if izzie really leaves I WONT WATCH THIS SHOW ANYMORE...

Abcdefg(Nicholle, right?) that's what I thought Alex said, but I understand now that Izzie didn't understand the chief, Alex really didn't say anything bad. I thought I missed a part when he did!

Im from the Philippines and I only watch GA online..
Im kinda stoic about this episode, but it was a mess.
Its like having every scene go by in a second that you have to digest in a lot of emotions..
Btw, can anyone tell me what happened in the last scene where alex went into mer's room and cristina was there too??? I missed it apparently, thanks a lot.

When Alex found the letter Izzie left him, he went into Mer's room. Her and Cristina were laying in bed and he told them Izzie left him and he tears up :( I loved the Mer/Cristina scene. That was the best scene of the episode for me. Their friendship is amazing.
