U took the words right out of my mouth so thank you. I can tell the diffrence between Izzie and KH and sometimes people tend to forget. EP made it so she had minimal time on GA because it was her decision and KH wants more time off to spend w/family which I believe should take priority in a person's life even if they are famous. I commend KH for doing that even though Izzie is one of my favorite characters and I want her back full time I'm not going to whine I'm just going to hope that Izzie stays until the series ends (Plus she did have a lot of screentime in s5 with her cancer storyline so isn't it time someone else had a storyline like Bailey or Sloan?? I want to see what the other characters do while she's gone like w/ Shepard and AZ those were brillant!)
What I hope for is that SR gives a POSITIVE idea for Izzie leaving this time and that when she's gone she's STILL keeping in contact with Alex and trying to make their marriage work (I'm a HUGE A/I fan!!!! and I don't want them to break up!)

And I second your other stuff, too! I want Izzie back full time as well, but I get why KH needs time and everybody else deserves a storyline too.
T.R. is already gone, when KH leaves as well after the NEXT season, it wouldn't be GA anymore... I would cry... no really, I would still watch, but a huge part would be missing if only Mer, Alex and Christina were left.
PLEASE ALEX AND IZZIE, WORK IT OUT!!! I love you together!

Seth: Ok, I respect your opinion. I may not exactly "like" nor sympathize with Izzie right now, but I still hope for a more favorable redemption of character and storyline. I will always hope for a successful alex and izzie relationship. I don't want them to give up on each other, they just have to learn a lot.
Leonie: Well-said. :) Thank you. I am also for Alex and Izzie together... until GA goes off the air.
Sofilove: I also love A/I. :) I hope there's a huge AI following for the GA to take consideration into.
I just watched the episode where Izzie got back with her teacher... the part where alex tried to talk to her inside the viewing room, was heartbreaking. For the sake of discussion,I kinda got annoyed with what Izzie did to Alex. Sorry, but she really acted like a brat. I don't agree with her behavior. I know she's a cancer patient, but it isn't an excuse to be inconsiderate to the people who love her...especially her husband. I could feel Alex's hurt when Izzie accused him of things he didn't do. That was mean. Of all people... she failed to trust her better half. :( It also implied that she didn't even trust him enough as a friend to begin with (but of course, to my mind, this is just a part of the storyline's twists and turns).
Oh well, whatever it is... I still am hoping for that successful alex-izzie family.

She wasn't the Izzie we all know in the episode, which sucked. She was o cold to everybody and not only Alex. With him I could say, it was all a misunderstanding... but with mer and christina? they didn't do anything to her!

Yup. Izzie obviously wasn't coping well. What annoyed me the most about this whole thing, was the thought that Izzie didn't trust Alex enough. This man married her despite the complications and complexities that come with the situation. He cares for her. His sacrifices are deeper... it's something else. He loves her. He doesnt deserve to be treated like that. Izzie should've at least had the decency to ask him first before assuming. She really has a problem that she only can resolve.

At the end of the last episode, when Izzie was talking to her teacher about what he was going to do now, it seemed like she was a little enlightened. I think if we just give her some time to heal, she'll realize what's most important in her life. And that if she loves Alex, then that's all that matters.

I don't know what it is, but I am focused on the unpaid medical bills. Who is going to pay them?? Alex doesn't have all kinds of money, Izzie's money from Denny went into the clinic and that girl's surgery...who is going to pay??
I guess A and I will be declaring bankruptcy. :(
I'm really torn over my feelings for Izzie right now. I feel bad that she just lost her best friend, her job, and is battling cancer. On the other hand, however, she made a commitment with Alex. Her arrogant, bitchy attitude needs to be put in check (I noticed that she made a comment or two to Meredith as well as Alex in that snotty tone she adopted last episode).
I need Alex and Izzie's relationship to be fixed. I know it will take time, but if she keeps up with her new bratty persona, my patience for her will be gone.

My patience isn't gone after one or twp epsodes, but I know what you mean! I really like her! She is my favorte, but this is just weird. That's not Izzie.
Bu on the other hand I expected something different from Alex too. He was a little bit out of character... the old alex would have screamed more and he would have fought more for his marriage. He basically asked her for a divorce at the end for last episode. Alex just giving up?

I agree with some of the coments above, so i'll just gonna say that I understand izzie, but I don't justify her attitude. It's unacceptable how she left alex without talking to him about what he had said to the chief. She never heard his version and never intented to neither. And at the end it all led, as whe saw, to a big missunderstanding.
I hope izzie solves things with alex and gets her job back at SGH. I mean .. the budget isn't a problem anymore, is it ?
PS: I'm sorry if my english isn't that good .. (big big fan from Argentina)
