    My least favourite episode is the one when Meredith is in heaven and she talks to Dylan and Denny etc etc in season 3. I know that episode is important for her character development and everything but it is such an annoying, frustrating and boring episode. I like the end when she comes back to life but I really can't bring myself to sit through the rest of it

    i dont like most of season 4 except for Freedom and physical attraction chemical reaction and a change is gunna come becaause of the break up sex hahahaha

    My least favorite is the one where Alex is forced to push that paralyzed girl around who's in a wheelchair all day, and she tries to kiss him! I can't stand that episode!

    my least fav episode has to be supersition near the end of season 2. it was one of the first i saw, and hav 2 say its my least fav. its just a tad borin

    Hi I am completely new to posting, and I thought this was a very interesting topic to post in. xD My least favourite episodes..well I don't have very many. Post Meredith drowning, those episodes weren't all that great (that season's finale was just bad, hate it with a passion) Season four was the worst (except for the last few) I was considering never watching Grey's ever again after season four's season premier. Horrible, just horrible. Izzie preforming CPR on a deer?! WTH?!

    LMAO at "Derek kissing the plant." Hopefully I'm not the only one who found that hilarious

    Season 1 and 2 were the best, IMO. I'm enjoying season 5 very much!

    I don't like any Rebecca "Ava" Pope episodes (any that focus on her) and any dead Denny Duquette episodes (the ones in Season 5). There isn't one specific episode I don't like, though.

    I also hated when Derek kissed Rose....had a little McVomit in my throat after seeing that.  I wanted to slap her and yell at him.

    I also didn't like Rebecca/Ava.  She was looney-tunes.  I couldn't believe it took Alex so long to see that.
