Definitely the Callie/Erica Hahn scenes. Nothing was more awkward than those...especially when Hahn was in the scrub room and told Callie just how awkward she was...not helping the awkwardness!

Well actually, some of the scenes with Ava were a little awkward, too. Especially when she was interrupting Alex trying to kiss her, and telling him they needed to talk.

the scene where the doctor with aspergers comes and bailey and cristina have to hug her was extremely awkward.
