Tonight's episode (New History) was amazing! Casey, the little athsmatic patient, was sooo believable... and adorable! His surgery scene had my heart racing.

This episode was pretty good, not the best, but good. I don't know why but the end with the flashbacks was making me cry :]
The whole Mer and Alex friendship is so cute, plus the MerDer kiss (YAY) and my favourite part of this entire episode was the attending lunch scene, LOL.

Last night's episode was okay. Not great, but okay.
I could not STAND Izzie last night. Why is she being such a bitch? And why didn't Alex bring up the fact that he was saddled with hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical bills - HER medical bills? I kept waiting for him to say something, but he didn't. I feel like that would have shut her up, but he never said anything. I guess in a way that makes him honorable, trying to not upset his crazy bitch of a wife, but it just bothers me that poor Alex is strapped with having to pay.
Where were the Mer/Der scenes? There was like one...maybe two where they actually interacted. I loved the 5 seconds scene. It was adorable (as Meredith and Derek always are).
Everyone else was pretty good last night. The Mercy West people didn't annoy me, the Chief wasn't stomping around yelling at people, and Adele was in the episode (I love her).
The flashback scene at the end made me sad for the Chief and I hope he can pull it together.
I'm excited for next weeks episode!!! Mark's a dad!!!? Well, he is a reformed manwhore, so the odds of him having a kid out there are pretty high.

I think at the end it was showing that the Chief has been drinking for a while. It shows his erratic, uncharictoristic behivior n also shows him drinking when he was speaking with Derek in season 5, it's why he had the car crah in the finale, also why Joe asked him if he was going back to the hospital or home and took his keys off him. Mer saw the glass n it still had alcohol in it so i think she knows.

I know Izzie sad she wasn't pregnant to Mer, but she did look kind of sad, when her former teacher talked to her, as if it was actually true...
I think I/A didn't have enough time together. But I think they couldn't let them work it out in this episode, because KH is gone for another two eps and if they'd gotten back together now, there wouldn't be a reason for Izzie to leave again. I think Izzie was in a big shock when he left her in the end. She didn't expect what he said at all!
And the chief regrets firing her! because now he realises everybody makes mistakes! She was in his flashbacks.

If you read the blog, its on the home page.. but before I read that I didn't understand the ending. But it helped me understand, that the chief has been drinking for a while now. This whole season so far I'm guessing. And all of the mistakes he's been making relate to his drinking. I think its really sad.

I totally agree with ImissGeorge.
I was waiting for Alex to say something and slam her about all those medical bills, but he never did. Plus, I was totally getting a bitchy-ish vibe from KH.

KH didn't send any vibes, if anybody did, Izzie did.
I think Alex should have stayed and scream at her a little bit more and then they should have TALKED!
