No Good at Saying Sorry

Will someone please give Pompeo an Emmy? She was phenomenal last night, some of the best acting I have seen her do in five seasons. James Pickens was great too.
Things I liked this episode:
- The Chief and Meredith scenes. I really really relate to their weird relationship in my own life and empathised so much. I was in tears. It was so well written and acknowledged that only by dealing with the magnitude of what actually happened from a child's eyes, could Mer ever let him in.
- Izzie's Mum. Again- I really related to this story line. Mothers with serious cases of arrested development is something I can hop on board with. I loved how it showed what an amazing person Izzie is, that she can look past her mother's shortcomings and still love her and understand her and even be her support, when her mother should really be there supporting her. But Izzie gets that her mother is doing the best she can and Sharon Lawrence's acting was awesome. Katherine Heigl and Lawrence had a great chemisty
- Meredith's face when she saw Derek in the suit at the beginning! *heart melts*
- Arizona and Callie! I never hated this coupling (I thought it was kind of random in the beginning) but I wasn't completely overjoyed with it. I think they are my second favourite couple after MerDer now. When Arizona said she would still love Callie and understand if she told her family they had broken up? Too cute.
- Callie and Mark's friendship, as usual, is awesome and one of my favourite parts of the show.
- How Meredith dealt with Thatcher. In years gone past she would have just stormed out or she would have taken him at his word and given him a chance. I don't think he deserves one from her, especially when he stumbles around and has to read out his apology! That is not from the heart. He needed to do way better than that and even then, I wouldn't want to see Mer just forgive. I liked that she was respectful and spoke to him calmly and left and dealt with it like an adult.
- Derek and the Chief. It was great to see Derek agree to be on Mer's side, even if he didn't agree. Derek and the Chief's conversation was a fabulous scene.
- Lexie and Mark were cute tonight. Mark is growing up and it is fun to watch.
Wow- tonight was a full on night of realisations and big moments! I loved it! Bring on 100!

I'm late writing this again, I know....
but here it goes...
-the first thing that pops up when I think about this episode is.....wait for it....wait for it.....Izzie's mom throwing herself at Alex,
...no, just kidding! she was funny though, and kinda looked like Izzie I think
-Mer and Richard scene has been the most powerful so far. I loved it, it was just sweet
-I've been thinking, If it's Mer and Der getting married, who's walking her down the aisle? Can hardly imagine Thatcher, probably Richard? we'll see
-and again,...WOW is Mark Sloan hot and sweet and adorable and so in love with Lexie and mature (I mean, he met Tatcher), just....WOOOW
-Derek was YUMMY in the tux
-....I'll continue,....probably

-...had to make coffe, and it is GOOD, but let's continue...
-where were we...I' mvery glad Tatcher pulled himself together, hope he keeps it that way....
-and there's an idea....what kind of couple would Izzie's mom and Tatcher make? they're both a little off (I mean confused, awkward), they'd be cute
-I'm liking Arizona and Callie better and better, they're easy and quite different than Callie was with Erica
-Izzie's condition went a little downhill, but she'll be better, no doubt
-I liked patient tree-girl , she was cool and brave
-Mer is less and less a Child of darkness, I like that
-I wish owen makes some progress soon, couse I miss him and Christina
-George, George, where are you, I miss you? Why is there still so little George?
-.....I'll write some more when I see it again, now I'm off to college :)
