   What are your predictions for next season?

   i think they both could make it.  altough with the facial damage t.r may not return, i still think george could make it.  izzie could end up a veggie and george could get a new face. 

   then too izzie could die.  i see alot of posts about george sending izzie back down the elevator.  the problem with that is that george is in izzie's dream.  not the other way around. 

   he's standing in denny's place, in a uniform he never got to wear.   george is izzie's friend.  when she needed to make a decision about her surgery all he did was comfort her.  he is her comfort.  and like denny, his position in her dream is one of unfulfillment. 

   denny never saw her in her dress and she never saw george in his uniform.  she just knew he was going to the army.  it was one of what could be her last thoughts.

   I'm starting to think one of them will make it. And I'm leaning towards Izzie even though I adore George.

   I'm not sure though, I just want to see what happens so bad!!

   Hard to predict.  I really can't see them both dying or both living (although I wish they both could pull through).  I tend to think George will die, but am not sure why.  If they both die, I think that it would be too much on the whole rest of the hospital.  They would all be devestated.  And for poor Alex, to lose Izzie after all the other problems with women in his life, would just be SO incredibly traumatizing.  They will all be devestated to lose one of the original 5 interns anyhow, and I think 2 would not only destroy the interns/residents/attendings/chief, but would also signal the end of the show.  That makes me too sad to even think about that possiblilty..  What would I do without my Thursday night happy place?  (even if my happy place involves a box of tissues a lot of weeks!)

   I think that Izzie will make it, only because I think that the writers will want her to be mad at Alex for not listening to her when she signed the DNR. But as for George... I don't think that he'll make it, judging by the stories I've heard about T.R. not wanting to stay on the show.

   I think that George will live BUT Mark will preform plastic surgery on his face, thus a new George and TR Knight can leave... though Im kinda leaning towards Izzie living

    If T.R goes then it won't be George. It'll be some new crappy character.
