What a finale that was!!! OMG!!! i cried and cried, i screamed and screamed, i cursed and cursed...OMG, never have i been so drawn into anything on tv like i was watching the 2 hrs of Greys last night. even the choice of music was excellent...the scene when Bailey realized the elevators were shut off and walked off to give herself some time to accept the fact that Charles was going to die - the music in that scene was awesome and perfect. Miranda Bailey was truly awesome in this episode. Christina, oh Christina...what a performance from Christina!! and what true friends Mer and her are to each other. The scene where she bumped into Dr. Avery and told him she was on her way to find one of the docs to operate on Derrick...then they looked into each other's eyes communicating the fact that they both knew she was talented enough to perform the surgery...what a moment that was when she believed she could do it and took charge...and then her performance in the OR when the gunman had the gun to her head. Christina, there is no other character like you on tv...don't ever leave the show. and i do so love Dr. Avery. He's so calm, so supportive and positive, not to mention his hotness. I felt a little sorry for mark when Lexie was telling Karev that she loved him and will never leave him. I did not expect such an awesome finale. Thank you Shonda and the other writers who helped to deliver the best finale of all time!!Posted 5/21/2010 10:28:26 AM #

Is it just me or is this show going downhill? Man, I miss the old Grey's, I think it's been going downhill since the end of season 4, when Meredith and Derek got together after "Rose-disaster" with the candle hose and stuff:( I guess it's just the changes, right? No one likes those.
But I'm writing some impressions from season finale anyway:
- It's not fair Charles died, he really got no respect, no girl, no nothing, I kinda liked him
- I would've expected Mer to panic a lot more then she did, whish is cool
- Reed.....whatever (she just wasn't a likable character to begin with)
- The old dude psycho killer DID SCARE THE CRAP OUT OF ME! he was woooooooo scaaaary! roaming the halls, like death with his .... gun (it reminded me of Supernatural for a second there, like posessed by a demon)
- I was expecting one hell of a cliffhanger though, with the flatliners and stuff
- April: she pretty much scared me as much as the psycho killer did
- Mandy Moore was pretty cool, I didn't expect to like her
- ......what else, what else????......
- I really was shocked when Bailey decided it's time to let Charles go, sad, sad
- Funny enough, when April was coming in the supply room and we know Reed's lying on the floor bleeding out, I thought: "It would be kinda funny if she slipped on the blood" (as in The Shaun of the dead) and then did:P
REMIND ME TO NEVER, EVER WATCH SNEEK PEEKS OR CLIPS FROM UPCOMING EPISODES AND ESPECIALLY NOT SEASON FINALES AND MORE ESPECIALLY NOT FOR THE LAST SEASON OF GREY'S ANATOMY!!!!!Posted 5/22/2010 10:33:56 AM #
I am shaken from the episode! What on earth?
I still LOVE Grey's, but I did not see THAT coming,
how can the writers kill of Charles and Reed? Reed was kinda a bitch, but I was warming up to her! And Charles, was a really good guy.
Christina and Avery were a brilliant team. I was terrified for Arizona and Callie too.

Too too true -- all the accolades for Shondra Rhimes' are true, tho perhaps understated.
Ms. Rhimes, congratulations on a fantastic script. Awesome. Not one word too many.
Then we should all note, as I'm sure Ms. Rhimes has done, did do -- she could not have "gotten away" with this degree of drama had she not had such a fantastic group of actors to bring it off. Dialog would have been trite, situations cliche, and the entire premise over done -- but they drew us to believe.
Awesome job, group.Posted 5/22/2010 7:04:15 PM #
Fabulous episode! Best ever! BUT ... there was one scene that makes NO sense. Lexie is in the hall and is confronted by Clark who intends to shoot her. Suddenly, there is a SWAT officer who shoots Clark and signals Lexie to move away to safety. Minutes later Clark is still roaming randomly thru the hospital shooting people .. Pretty sure that would NOT happen - once an officer had him in sight he wouldn't have let him walk away. Even if Clark shot that officer (which was NOT the case), he would have reported his location to the other members of his squad.Posted 5/23/2010 1:00:24 AM #
Episode 19 "Sympathy for the Parents", we meet Allison and Gary Clark, Allison is one of Dr Swinder's patients and she was referred to surgery to get her cancer cut out, Lexie Grey, April Kepner and Richard Webber were all in the operating room. Later Lexie goes and talks with Mr Clark, telling him that they got all the cancer with good margins, in the mean time April Kepner was alone with Allison Clark and decided to wean her off her ventilator, April realizes that Allison Clark isn't breathing on her own turns returns Allison Clark to her previous vent setting, Webber was just asking April what had happened when Lexie and Mr Clark walk in the room.
Later in Derek's office we see Mr Clark sitting across from Derek and Derek tells him that Mr Clarks wife had minimal brain activity. And Mrs Clark sign an advance directive not to sustain life support.
It was April's action's that killed Allison Clark.
Gary Clark comes back to sue the hospital in the wrongful death of his wife, he lost the case. In this episode Gary Clark called Derek a coward and a killer. This is episode 21 "How Insensitive".
That's when Gary Clark comes back with a gun and starts shooting in episodes 23 & 24.Posted 5/23/2010 8:08:04 AM #
