yeah I agree. This ep. will probably focus more into Izzie and her illness. I really do hope there is at least a proposal then a wedding. But a wedding for the season 5 finale seems better. If you think about it, I'm siding with izzie on this one. Why would you go through all of those procedures when you know for sure you've got a 5% chance of survival.

I still think about the ring. And I saw that photo with Derek at his trailer with the chief and Callie. What could they be doing there togheter... looking for the lost ring??? lol
