i cried at the end scene with izzie, and the promo made me cry even more!

OK. I am crying. No. I am bawling. I am so so sad. So sad for Izzie. And so glad. So glad to see George. We actually saw George this episode... for more then 20 seconds. I am so glad that Shonda let us see George care-- in noticing and knowing something is wrong with Izzie and asking her what enema was code for. and I know I've been trying to be so glass-half-full and hoping Shonda will give us true Gizzie friendship. But I am so mad! How can anyone feel sorry for Alex???????? I love Alex's character, I really do, but when it comes to Izzie he's a bleeping idiot!!!!!!! I can't even feel bad about how it's going to affect him!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I am so mad at Shonda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she should have wrote it as George pushing Izzie about it and Izzie tells George herself. and I'm so sad.... so sad when George started running. so sad when George walked in with his smile for Izzie. His sweet George smile. When you know his heart is breaking into a million pieces. I've cried at Greys before. But never like this. I am bawling.

I hate Meredith right now. For the 1st time we've ever seen, Derek said "I love you", not as part of a speech, just "I love you". Then Mer goes and says "No I won't love you if you don't try to operate on Izzy. UGH! What if he kills Izzy (which he won't)? That would be like ripping out his heart and taking a bite. He would be ending a fellow surgeons life and the life of his (ex) room mate/ the love of his life's friend!
The intern drama was funny.

haha i loved the interns. i dont like how she said know either! she made it seem like she only loves him for being a surgeon

I loved this episode. LOVED it!! I loved how Callie and Owen went to the woods to talk to Derek. I loved how Bailey was behind the whole thing. I loved the way George and Meredith handled the interns. I loved how the chief stood up to Derek and told him to stop sulking. I loved how Derek cried at the though of losing Meredith. I loved how he told Meredith he loved her. I loved how Meredith told him that she wouldn't love him if he wasn't a surgeon because being a surgeon is who he is and he can save Izzie. I loved how the original 4 interns (Alex, Christina, Meredith, George) are with Izzie doing preadmission tests as she's admitted to the hospital.
The episode was amazing and I can't wait till next Thursday!!
