next episode is going to be so sad. the promo made me cry, im probably going to go through a whole box of tissues watching the episode!

well, granted i was kinda bummed when meredith didn't say "i love you" back, but the more I thought about it, the more sense it made. I think that she was right by saying what she did. I mean, think about it, the man that was sitting there telling her that he loves her is not the man she fell in love with. Derek has the ability to save lives and he's wasting away at that trailer. He's become insecure, unstable and a temporary drunk. He's not Derek Shepherd, the man that Meredith Grey fell in love with.
Any thoughts?

I think that next episode will be full of adrenaline, at least for me. Derek will return, Derek will operate on Izzie, there will be an "incident" between Owen and Christina, AND ....if Ausiello is not yanking our chain.....a proposal in an elevator.
