I think deep down Der and Mark are still best friends and Mer will help and maybe give Der a push to forgive....waiting is SO hard hearing more and more about the upcoming episodes!

The Chief should definatley be invited to the wedding. He has been so responsible to their relationship, plus he's sort of like a father figure to mer. It will be so good seeing them make a list of all the people to invite and not invite to their wedding - it means they are getting more screen time :)
Did you read that Der is giving Mer a solo surgery as her wedding gift - she so has to specialise in neuro. AND if they are shooting the scene in a church - it means it must be Mer/Der wedding as Izzie can't really get to a church in her condition right?
OMG I am just toooo excited. I really want the promo for next week's episode :)

That is the link to the wedding scenes that were shot today for Greys. In the pictures, Paddy is wearing a wedding ring, but it doesn't look like his actual wedding ring in real life.
And, Ellen is wearing a purple dress. Leads me to think that DerMer gets married BEFORE Alex and Izzie's wedding at the church.

ahh i noticed the wedding ring too...i was trying to see if Ellen had one on but i couldn't tell...no one else (katherine) had one on....yay we can keep our fingers crossed right....

It would be excellent if there was a double wedding...I would literally DIE if Derek and Meredith got married on 5/7. That would be a complete surprize to me.

Seriously, I would be soooo happy if they got married. OMG hopefully its his wedding ring to Mer, so good. I don't mind if there is a double wedding as long as Mer and Der get married.
I am seriously considering flying to the US to see the May 7th episode, so I can celebrate afterwards with fellow grey's lovers :)
