What a great episode!! :)
This episode made me laugh and cry at the same time.
All the Lexie parts made me laugh. It is so obvious now that they're trying their best to hide Chyler's pregnancy!
I cringed (but laughed too) at the beginning when Izzie used her sickness to her advantage. I dislike people like that. But later on, when she actually did succumb to the chemo treatment, I felt bad for her.
Poor Bailey, having to make the decision to leave her husband of many years.
I can see that she will make a very good Paeds doctor. She is such a natural with children! I felt so bad for Jessica's father. He was obviously still in denial that his daughter was too sick to go to Mexico. And it was indeed a heartbreaking scene when she died in his arms in the end.
And poor Callie for having to make the tough decision of cutting off her relationship with her father. Mr. Torres is a little too overbearing, isn't he. The part where Mr. Torres got even with George and Mark....too funny!
I'm glad that George finally got more screen time again!
And the last scene with the two Grey sisters- what a perfect ending to a wonderful episode. I am so glad to see Meredith finally accept Lexie as her sister. And Lexie's face lighting up when she was being invited to the wedding. Sister bonding- so sweet! :) And glad that Derek and Mark made up too. So this means that Lexie doesn't need to binge eat anymore, I guess?
This episode is indeed a perfect potrayal of drama in real life.

The scene where derek and mark finally made up, the compliment scene, totally reminded me of the scene from Haunt You Everyday, where they are outside the hospital right after Derek talks to rose for the first time and he's like, 'let me buy you a drink dad.' I am so glad that they made up!!!

Amazing episode! One of the best in this season!
I read the previous posts and wonder why have nobody mentioned Owen's therapy. It seems like he'll fight for Christina after all. They've so much chemistry, IMHO.
George excelling in trauma. Good for him, Owen shall be an excellent teacher. Nevertheless, it seems like the enlisting in the Army and a tour of duty at the end of this season is something very probable. It will be sad to see one of the original interns go.
Same with Izzie. It seems like they've taken it too far for a miraculous comeback from the cancer. Another original intern gone. Sad.
Sloan making up things with Derek. Everybody mentioned above how cool is that and I agree with you, guys.
Callie speaking spanish and the speach of Hector Elizondo regarding the children and how they always remain children - outstanding.
It is hard for me to admit, but I also dropped a couple of tears when the girl died in her father's arms.
Meredith finally accepted Lexie as sister! How cool is that?!

seriously loved callie's spanglish rant. SO FUNNY. and how mark was like "HEY. stop speaking spanish. cuz i have to go to surgery in a minute and i don't speak spanish." but especially how arizona was there for her through the whole thing.
