    i think Bailey get's too emotional with long time patients.. that's too bad 'cause i liked bailey's fearless leadership.. it's gonna cloud her judment.. i saw the promo for this weeks episode and we see just that..

    I totally agree with you about Bailey.  I love Bailey.  Still do.  But I love her hard-*ss leadership-- fearless and certain (even if inside she might not be).... I also love the moments when we glimpse a softer side to Bailey, but I prefer those moments be like when she's talking to Der (I think Bailey and Der have a really interesting relationship-- something that isn't always exemplified, but always so real and so touching when it's shown).  I would prefer a little more hard-core Bailey with the patients and their cases.

    I dont understand why they dont give jackson the killers organs.  its a waste of human resources.  besides i found a mistake, the serial killer has to sign a waiver type of paper to refuse treatment.  I also want to know what is up with the story behind derek's dad.  whats that about?

    Did anyone else notice that in the scene where Derek pushes Meredith into the room he was a little... agressive with the happiness? And what was with the akward laughing???
