Teen love couple-episode?

   I can't remember what episode this is!There was a dark skinned girl, and her light skinned boyfriend, and they had the same disease.I think they lost their virginities at the hospital, and the boy died in the end,which made the girl lose her mind and she sat in her bed and repeatedly said"don't say anything."which episode was this and what were the girl and the boy's names??

   its the last episode of season four. they both had were in dereks clinical trail but only the girl survives
