I saw new promos and I´m pretty sure Meredith´s birthday in this episode
Lexie with balloons going to Meredith and Derek, Cristina and Meredith at Joe´s. Mer putting something from colorful paper bag out... HILARIOUS

I don't know about it being Mer's birthday. I think that it is for George because he passed the Intern Exam, but i can be wrong. Who knows if she is still talking to him?

I loved the end where Derek gave Meredith the kidney in a jar to say thank you! That was cute! There is so much wasted time on Callie and Erica....zzzzzzzzzzz Boring!! I also liked when Cristina heard Owen's voice in the bar and got all excited. Overall, it was a pretty good episode!

Tonight was a such a great episode! I am excited for Alex and Izzie. I like to see that relationships develop more and I am still wondering about Alex's past. I can't wait for Major Dr. Hunt to start at Seattle Grace! It's about time Christina gets some action in the romance area!
