     Hi Y'all just got to watch it this morning, had to help a friend last night... I just don't know where to start. George is a man, Bailey is perfect. I think Derek needed the chief reminding him why he came to Seattle. Derek should not bond to much with Susan, because it would be like the adults talking about child Meredith - she is acting childish indeed. What Derek experiences with not getting the job because he is Meredith's boyfriend - well, that is what a lot of women experience everyday: so, you are a mother, do you think you can handle working that hard and running a family at the same time - guys never get asked this way. I loved Christina and Burke together, but I would not have wanted to be the patient... And I definitly think Callie is pregnant, because she is feeling sick and sooooo tired, that is how it starts... It was so awesome to be able to watch this and today I get more Grey's with 3.4 running on German Television so this is a note from happy Pschyrembel

     I knew Callie was pregnant as soon as she put her hand over her stomach when she was talking to Meredith. Being overworked doesn't make you nauseous.

     Grey's Anatomy honestly hasn't been this good since we heard Denny's voice on the phone. I loved Burktina this episode -- Cristina's nail polish was scary but insanely funny. 'I'm thinking... coral?' Thank God Marlow is going back home. I have faith in MerDer. There is no way that anything can break them permanently.

     some people were saying that chief doesnt want mer and derek together. thats so not tru. he wants to keep his work to ellis and watch over mer. he knows what being chief would do to the relationship. thats why he doesnt want to give der his vote.
