Okay so I just checked www.tv.com and www.spoilertv.com and both are saying that the finale's episode title is "Here's To Future Days", not "Lucid Dream". I'm so confused!

No Izzie. The 5th season finale is on May 14 and them season 6 will premiere in September. It's about 4 months (Summer hiatus) without Grey's.
