    Addie just cares VERY deeply about Karev and realizes how much he wants the lady and her baby to be fine, so she doesn't want to tell him that the baby is in bad shape, that's gotta be it

    Izzie did look like she was about to lose it tonight, i just want to know why the guys didnt try and push the car off their friend earlier-i wonder if shes going to have to do meatball surgery right there to save his life? alex was also amazing this episode they totally have to realize that they are in love with each other (on a side note) and the girl could be izzies daughter, but i think its probably unlikely.
