    i can't believe meredith was knocked over like that! anyone notice the mysterious liquid dripping near izzie's patient. probably gasoline. imagine if she goes to shock him! karev is really turning into an amazing guy.

    I'm not breathing. All I can do is scream! I don't know how I'm going to live until next week. I'll probably rewatch this episode 2 or 3 times during the week (I usually only rewatch once). At least Derek will come to Mer's rescue as her "knight in shining whatever." Alex did a really good job in the episode... his character is really shaping up!

    I forgot to mention that i would so volunteer to be an extra for that episode. Break my arm, cut my leg, i would do anything to be an extra on Grey's.

    as far as izzies patient goes..he was going into seizures...and for a trauma pt. to all of a sudden go into seizure activity..there has to be bleeding on the brain...hence the reason for izzies drilling action next episode...

    even if izzie drills a hole to relieve bleeding...once they lift that car off of him...he will die anyways...its a crush injury...the pressure of the car is keeping him from bleeding profusley internally...once the pressure is off...bam...he will bleed to death internally in a matter of seconds..

    i think the drill will be ok. i'm thinking something is going to ignite that such as shocking him. alex- he really is showing to be a great person. when is he gonna hook up with addison already? she was definately impressed by his speech to the preggers lady. george-never ever make promises you cant keep. people like that lady are stupid. she'll be dead before they find her son, or his corpse. if they find it. meredith-idk what to say about that kid. i think she might be izzie's. i ready a spoiler about her popping up this season. meredith won't die. but she'll probably be in critical condition or something for the added drama. izzie-above. i think thats her kid. in town for some unknown reason. but she better get the hell out of there. christina-not much to say... she really didnt have a big role tonight.
