    The little girl was Meredith as a child people!!! Hence the whole, I don't talk either...and her walking away when Meredith fell in the water. Now what I don't know is this...did she walk away, and have the bathtub thing at the beginning because she's dead?!

    I'm freaking out. I hope Meredith's okay and that nobody else in the show comes under great danger. They can't kill off the main character, but I don't think they will. I also sensed some animosity between Meredith and McDreamy when she went underneath the water and wasn't speaking about her problems. He's definitely worried about her, but she might need to cool off a bit. I smell another proposal again too after all of this is done. I also found the Chief's new do interesting and I loved Addison's comments to McDreamy, McSteamy, and Burke in the elevator ("You're dating Christina, you're with the perfect 12-year-old, and you're a manwhore!")

    OH my goodness, gush i know Meredith can never die but i am still so worried about her.Today's show was great but ooh goodness the last part of it was just too much to handle.

    I think the child is real, but is a metaphor of meredith as a child. I hope that spoiler of somebody dying isn't true. Please don't let it be Izzie. There was gas leaking on the ferry. Could that lead to another explosion?

    YOU GUYS!! Derek will have to perform brain sugery on Mer. She hit her head going down, and he's her "knight and shining whaterver". It kinda like last year when he was under pressure b/c mer had her hand on a bomb and he had to operate on bailey's husband.
