I agree with a lot of what has already been said - I SO loved George helping Izzie down the aisle! That was a perfect moment - and we haven't seen enough of George with other characters period, so it was super nice to see.
Katherine looked excellent - she's really pretty. And so did Sandra Oh - we don't get to see the stars out of scrubs often enough. And of course Alex and Derek looked pretty great as well.
I loved when Izzie and Alex kissed and the camera panned to every couple on the show - there's a good relationship recap for people who don't watch.
Great 100th episode - I can't wait for next week! (Oh - but the one thing that annoyed me was how they made the valedictorian so all about school - people who are good students don't have to sacrifice their lives! It's just not true - well, not for everyone anyway.)
DON'T KILL IZZIE! I will die if she is killed off!

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH, wow, this was so perfect and beautiful, it completely made me cry and sqeak out loud. LOVED IT! EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR HAPPENED!!!! I am so happy right now, Alex and Izzie wedding is officially my favorite moment on Grey's Anatomy ever. SO this makes the 100th episode my most favorite episode ever!

Maybe the car crash in this episode is Shonda's "coming full circle", like the crash from the season's première. And maybe "out in the wood" Derek is kind of a "death" to Derek, like Meredith's dream... I can´t bare losing Izzie... I´m going out of my mind thinking what that 1st episode meant, and what Shonda said about it, that everything we need to know is in that 1st episode...

i guess i have to rewatch the first episdoe to compare the 2. But what question is what is going to happen to Alex if Izzie dies?

It was a nice gesture they had with Izzy, considering her health and the fact she might not make it. If Derek and Meredith love is true then it will be, I just hate the fact that being doctors and all, they can't make up their minds! I just hope that they don't kill Izzy with out her the show would be completely boring! The same stroy about "Oh, I love you but I don't wanna be with you, or can't be with you, is getting old!" Izzy makes the show funny, and I love that! I love the fact that after what she went throught she has finally found love with Alex and they compliment each other. Please don't kill Izzy, she can't die.

Oh man, I thought how when the girl was telling her graduation speech to Alex, and they were zipping up the body bags, was sooo sad. I was crying at that part too.

I just watched it again, and I still cried. I love Izzie's voiceover. Amazing acting by Justin Chambers and Katherine Heigl. And Ellen Pompeo was awesome when she teared up talking to Izzie. Can't wait for the season finale!

I have just seen the ending of when izzie trys to walks up the isle and then is weak and then GEORGE comes to the rescue AWWWWWWWWW....
